Acceptance of terms.

By accessing www.peptide4profit.com, registering for any webinar, or enrolling in the PNEI NeuroCode™ Certified Practitioner Certification program, you ("User," "Student," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PNEI NeuroCode™.

Description of services.

PNEI NeuroCode™ offers the following services:

• Free educational webinars. Live online presentations covering peptide science, clinical applications, and business strategies for health professionals.
• PNEI NeuroCode™ Certified Practitioner Certification. A 12-week professional development and education program covering peptide science, lab interpretation, PNEI systems biology, and clinical business implementation.
• Strategy calls. Complimentary consultations to assess fit and answer questions about the certification program.

Enrollment and payment.

3.1 Enrollment

Enrollment in the PNEI NeuroCode™ Certified Practitioner Certification program is subject to availability and acceptance. PNEI NeuroCode™ reserves the right to decline enrollment at its sole discretion.

3.2 Payment

Full payment or an approved payment plan must be completed prior to accessing program materials. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. PNEI NeuroCode™ accepts major credit cards and approved buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) financing options.

3.3 Payment plans

Students who enroll via a payment plan agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether they complete the program. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to program materials and forfeiture of certification eligibility.

3.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your enrollment. PNEI NeuroCode™ will collect and remit taxes where legally required.

Refund policy.

4.1 Webinars

Free webinars are provided at no cost and are non-refundable by nature.

4.2 Certification program

Due to the digital nature of the program and the immediate access to course materials upon enrollment, all sales are final. PNEI NeuroCode™ does not offer refunds after access to program materials has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to materials, please contact us within 48 hours of enrollment and we will work to resolve the issue.

4.3 Exceptional circumstances

Refund requests based on exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergency) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of PNEI NeuroCode™.

Intellectual property.

5.1 Ownership

All content provided through PNEI NeuroCode™ ... including but not limited to course videos, slide decks, written materials, protocols, frameworks, worksheets, and branding ... is the exclusive intellectual property of PNEI NeuroCode™ and its clinical partners. All rights are reserved.

5.2 License to students

Upon enrollment and payment, students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for their own personal professional development. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or public display of any course content.

5.3 Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Record, screenshot, or capture course sessions without prior written consent
• Share login credentials or course materials with any third party
• Use course content to create competing educational products or programs
• Represent yourself as a PNEI NeuroCode™ instructor or affiliate without written authorization

Code of conduct.

All students and webinar participants agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. PNEI NeuroCode™ reserves the right to remove any participant from a webinar, suspend or terminate a student's enrollment, and revoke certification eligibility for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, harassing, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. No refund will be issued in the event of removal for conduct violations.

Educational disclaimer.

The PNEI NeuroCode™ Certified Practitioner Certification is an educational credential issued by PNEI NeuroCode™. It is not a medical license, clinical certification, or regulatory approval of any kind. Completion of this program does not authorize you to prescribe, administer, or recommend any pharmaceutical, peptide, or controlled substance. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations governing your professional practice in your jurisdiction.

SMS messaging terms.

Program description

Our SMS program sends texts to practitioners and members of the public who've opted in. The messages can include:

• Reminders for upcoming free seminars and live events;
• Notifications when replays are available and when they're about to expire;
• Short educational follow-ups with links to articles, case studies, or research summaries about peptides we cover in our curriculum;
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule links for booked consultations;
• Announcements about new educational programs, content drops, or live Q&A sessions.

Frequency and cost

• Frequency is usually 2 to 6 messages per month for active subscribers, with brief, expected upticks around live events.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. We don't charge for the messages themselves.
• Supported U.S. carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and most others. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Help and opt-out

• Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You'll get one confirmation message and then nothing else from that program.
• Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• You can also email [email protected] with "SMS OPT-OUT" in the subject line to be removed manually.

What you're confirming when you opt in

By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you're telling us that:

• You're the subscriber of the mobile number, or you have the subscriber's authority to consent to messages at that number;
• You're at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live);
• You'll let us know if your mobile number changes, so we can update our records.

How we protect your phone number

Your mobile number gets the same care as any sensitive personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share phone numbers only with our SMS provider, which is under contract with us and uses the data only to deliver the messages you asked to receive. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Earnings disclaimer.

Any income, revenue, or business results discussed in our webinars, marketing materials, or program content are examples only and are not guarantees of results. Individual results will vary based on experience, effort, market conditions, and other factors. PNEI NeuroCode™ makes no representations or warranties regarding the financial outcomes of completing the certification program.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PNEI NeuroCode™, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, webinars, or certification program. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PNEI NeuroCode™ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PNEI NeuroCode™ and its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Governing law and dispute resolution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Rhode Island under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.

Modifications to terms.

PNEI NeuroCode™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PNEI NeuroCode™ with respect to your use of our website and services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
