What you'll actually get
If you opt in to SMS, you can expect to hear from us about:
- Seminar reminders. Sent in the lead-up to live peptide seminars... 24 hours before, an hour before, ten minutes before, that kind of thing.
- Replay notifications. Letting you know the replay is up, and reminding you when it's about to come down.
- Educational follow-ups. Short texts with links to articles, case studies, or research summaries on peptides we cover in our curriculum (BPC-157, TB-500, KPV, LL-37, GLP1 receptor agonists, AOD-9604, GHK-Cu, Epithalon, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, Selank, Semax, PT-141, DSIP, and others).
- Appointment messages. Confirmations, reminders, and reschedule links for any 1:1 calls you book with us.
- Program updates. A heads-up when we launch something new, like a content series or a live Q&A.
How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any message and you're out. You'll get one confirmation text, then nothing further from that program.
- Reply HELP to any message and we'll send you contact info for support.
- You can also email [email protected] at any time and ask us to remove you.
Carrier and cost notes
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless plan. We don't charge anything for the messages themselves.
- Supported U.S. carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and most others. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Frequency varies. If you're registered for an upcoming seminar, expect maybe 2 to 6 messages per month. Around live events, that goes up briefly.
How we protect your phone number
Your mobile number is one of the most sensitive pieces of information we hold, and we treat it that way. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing. Phone numbers go only to our SMS messaging provider, which is under contract with us and is bound by data protection obligations. They use it for one thing only: delivering the messages you've asked to receive.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data retention.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining your enrollment records, certification credentials, and compliance with legal obligations.
